| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which examines the antiviral activity of dimeric netropsin derivative 15Lys-bis-Nt used in combination with herpes infection treatment drug acyclovir (ACV). The study used a multiciplity of infection (MOI) and demonstration of the international guidelines on ACV as treatment and prevention of recurrences of genital herpes. The study conclude the use of 15Lys-bis-Nt did not yield a drug-resistant with HSV-1 variant. |
