The article presents a case study of a 68-year-man presented with a conglomerate of cutaneous nodules on his back. It mentions the diagnosis of plasmablastic neoplasm indiscriminate between plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL) and plasmablastic myeloma (PBM). It states that treatment with an antimyeloma regimen resulted in minimal reduction of the size of the skin lesions while treatment with an anti-lymphoma regimen did not result any response and the patient died due to progressive disease. |
