Examines the effect of supplementing layer diets with shark cartilage or chitosan on egg components and yolk lipids. Investigation for effect of the treatment on egg weight and egg component weights; Change in cholesterol levels in eggs after the supplementing layer diets; Maximum amount of shark cartilage up to which egg component weight remains unchanged. |
