Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the transcription of the music "Cello Suite" by German composer J. S. Bach for guitar instrument. Topics discussed include several changes in the transcribed music such as the time-value of notes, the lowered A-note pedal in the prelude, and the change in the key from the original G major to D major, several factors considered in adding notes for Cello Suites, and the tonality of the beats, and the sheet music for the song "Courante," by J. S. Bach is presented.
