| Abstrakt: | The article examines the potential for expanding the skills range of dental team members who come from non-clinical dental backgrounds. It notes that dental businesses can benefit with a diversity of skills from new recruits. It acknowledges the evolving role and professionalism of dental nurses in the treatment room, and the eventual need for dental clinics to enhance the practice with nonclinical staff who have work experience in business, customer care, and sales. |
