The article focuses on a study outlining the experience of certified diabetes educators (CDEs) using the Enlite continuous glucose monitoring sensor system in multicenter randomized controlled trial for children. It notes the efficacy of insulin pump therapy in adults with type 1 diabetes mellitus (TIDM) which results in improved glycated hemoglobin (A1C). The outcome is compared with multiple daily injections (MDI) in terms of effectiveness. |
