Abstrakt: | The article reports on a lunch held by Bird in Hand winery for the celebration of the release of the French-inspired rosé, Pour Les Amour, produced by winemaker Andrew Nugent in Sydney, New South Wales in 2014. The event was attended by fashion designer Daniel Single and model Stephanie Northwood-Blyth. The recipe for the dishes served during the event are also provided which includes Poached king prawns and tomato mayonnaise and Scallop tartare, dill, chervil and confit lemon. |
