| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old postmenopausal woman diagnosed with peritoneal carcinosarcoma and ovarian papillary serous carcinoma. It states that multiple hypermetabolic masses in the pelvic cavity, mesentery, and bilateral paracolic gutter were revealed through whole body F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography. It adds that polymerase chain reaction was also performed. |
