In order to overcome the disadvantages such as long time surveying, large workload, high cost and difficulties in surveying points protection of the conventional surface movement surveying method, the surface subsidence basin due to high-intensity longwall caving mining was scanned and studied by use of 3D laser scanning technology. According to the data analysis of 3D laser scanning and comparison with the conventional surface movement surveying method, the 3D digital elevation model of the surface subsidence basin due to high-intensity coal mining was set up. The results showed that the 3D laser scanning technology could obtain the whole surface subsidence basin data high efficiently and rapidly and the root mean square error was 0.012 7 m, it was feasible to monitor the surface subsidence basin. With the efficient data collection velocity of this technology, it has preferable application and generalization prospects in mining subsidence data monitoring. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
