Abstrakt: Changes of the thiol-disulfide balance and electrocardiographic indices were studied in ischemic heart disease patients undergoing operation stress. It was shown that the operative procedure resulted in a shift of the redox state to oxidation in the thiol-disulfide system, especially in its protein part. The revealed correlation between the value of the thiol-disulfide ratio and ECG changes attest to the significance of the state of the blood thiol-disulfide system for the assessment of the degree of ischemic alterations in the myocardium.
