| Abstrakt: | Cytophilic antibody has been demonstrated in sera from rabbits immunized with Pseudomonas pseudomallei. This antibody passively adsorbed onto normal rabbit alveolar macrophages rendered the macrophages agglutinable by P. pseudomalei antigens and capable of displaying 'rosette' formation with polysaccharide-sensitized erythrocytes. |
