In this paper, a therapeutic clinical series-based plan is submitted of a combined pathogenetically substantiated treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis. Sine-modulated flows were utilized as were centimetric waves, phonophoresis with methyluracil ointment to prostate according to the authors' own methods, as well as laser therapy. Positive results were obtained. Significant improvement of the consistency of the gland as well as indices of spermatogramme and microscopy of the prostate juice were recordable in 75%) of the patients. In summary, the proposed therapeutic alternative for patients with chronic prostatitis can be recommended for use along with other treatment options. |
