| Abstrakt: | Prolonged cultivation of K-562 human leukemic cells in plastagar diffusion chambers inserted into the peritoneal cavities of CBA mice indicated erythroid commitment and differentiation of cells. It was shown by the method of dot-hybridization with the use of oligonucleotide probe the presence of mRNA of globin in these cells. |
