Abstrakt: In mice experiments the effects of adrenergic drugs (anaprilin, pirroxan, fetanol and alupent) on anticonvulsive activity of acetylaminoazaleptin (AAA) using the test of maximal electroshock and AAA effect on phenamin-induced manifestation (stereotypy and hyperthermia) were studied. It was demonstrated that anaprilin significantly (6-fold) increased anticonvulsive activity of AAA. The other drugs did not change AAA activity. In the experiments with phenamin AAA slightly weaken stereotypy and significantly reduced hyperthermia manifestation.
