Abstrakt: Following the termination of chemoradiation therapy of patients with lung cancer a decreased level of 17-OCS and 17-KS with the urine is observed. A combination of chemoradiation therapy with testosterone-propionate or prednisolone renders a stabilizing effect on the level of corticosteroids excretion. Chemoradiation therapy, used simultabolism. The application of the hormones involved lessens the number of complications during chemoradiation therapy and increases the survival rate in these patients.
