| Abstrakt: | The synthesis and the antiinflammatory activity of of 2-amino-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1(2H)-one and of a series of its derivatives on the amino function are described. Some of theses new componds show high activity in inhibiting the carrageenin oedema and granuloma formation in rats. |
