Abstrakt: In an attempt to perform complete coronary revascularization with only arterial conduits in a 44 year-old male, both internal mammary arteries and the right gastroepiploic artery were harvested. The right gastroepiploic artery, however, showed an anatomical variation that excluded its use as a pedicled graft.
