Abstrakt: Posttraumatic hydrocephalus is an active progressive process of excessive accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid due to liquorodynamic disturbances following cerebrocranial injury. In addition to clinical assessments, it is necessary to use special diagnostic techniques to define indications for bypass surgeries which are an effective therapy for progressive posttraumatic hydrocephalus.
