We report on a 33-year-old male with left ureteral ectopia into the seminal vesicle and ipsilateral renal agenesia, whose outstanding clinical manifestation was scrotal fistula directly from the seminal vesicle. This condition was diagnosed correctly by fistulography. The usefulness of the foregoing method is underscored. |
