Abstrakt: Diaphysis fractures of the brachium are frequent and rather severe lesions resulting in losses of working capacity for a long term. Diaphysis fractures in association with lesions of the radial nerve of varying severity equal from 3.2 to 17.5%. The authors advocate a complex approach to the diagnosis and treatment of this pathology in 15 patients with an 1 to 5 years following.
