| Abstrakt: | A monospecific antiserum for type-specific antigen of Gross virus (AGLV) was obtained. Tumours of different origin were studied with this monospecific antiserum in the gel-diffusion test. AGLV was revealed in spontaneous kidney tumour of CC57BR mice, and in chemically (carcinogen)- induced tumours of mice. These findings suggest activation of MuLV viral genom in low-leukemic strains of mice. |
