Abstrakt: Blood samples from 30 patients with myocardial ischemia and 25 healthy donors were irradiated with He-Ne laser. ATP release was measured by the luciferin-luciferase test system on a PICA lumo-aggregometer (Chrono-Log Corporation, USA). There was no correlation between lectin-induced ATP release and cell aggregation. Neutrophils obtained from donors and patients differed in the number of lectin receptors, including mannose and sialic acids on the cellular surface. Following laser irradiation, WGA- and SBA-induced aggregation was decreased, while Con-A-induced aggregation was increased.
