Abstrakt: An adrenal cyst is a rare clinical finding with an incidence of approximately 0.06% in the general population. As the majority are clinically silent, adrenal cysts are usually discovered incidentally at autopsy or during surgery for an unrelated disease process. We report a case of a lymph-angiomatous adrenal cyst diagnosed in a 27-year-old female presenting with abdominal pain.
