Abstrakt: Autohemotransfusion is one of the perspective methods of transfusion used in cardiosurgery. Intraoperative autohemotransfusion was used in surgical correction of congenital heart diseases in patients of various age groups, including children aged 6 to 8. The exfusion volume made up 300-600 ml, depending on the patient's body mass and the hematologic parameters. Clinical follow-up and assessment of the laboratory parameters have proved the possibility of blood exfusion in the patients with the blue congenital heart disease. Autoblood infusion was performed directly after artificial circulation switch-off, this providing a better hemostasis stabilization and correction of the patient's hemogram. Autoblood volume in blood substitution made up 30% on an average, this saving donor blood.
