We describe an unusual and remediable form of heart block which developed in the course of Lyme disease. The diagnosis of Lyme disease requires a careful clinical history pertaining to epidemiologic geography or a history of erythema chronicum migrans. In this case, a highly selective cardiac abnormality responded promptly to systemic steroids. |
