| Abstrakt: | The investigation performed in 48 patients have shown that following partial resection of lungs the development of arterial hypoxemia is observed being most pronounced within the first day after surgical intervention and is partly resolved by the 10th day of the postoperative period. The hypoxemia degree closely correlates with the level of expiratory closure of the respiratory tracts. |
