| Abstrakt: | Two cases of a rare type of the sirenal developmental abnormality, dipodal sympodia, were studied. In both cases, elements of the rudimental kidney were found. The analysis of the literature and a comparative study of our own cases suggest a correlation between the degree of fusion of the lower extremity rudiments and the intensity of underdevelopment of the urogenital organs. |
