| Abstrakt: |
The preliminary study of the safety, reactogenicity and immunological effectiveness of polyvalent vaccine prepared from Pseudomonas aeruginosa protective antigens was carried out. In this study the vaccine was used for the immunization of volunteer donors. No postvaccinal complications were revealed. After the immunization with pyoimmunogen the titer of antibodies to P. aeruginosa increased 2-fold in comparison with their initial level. |
