Abstrakt: In a group of 58 patients with peripheral arteriopathies, we have studied efficacy and safety of buflomedil hydrochloride and naftidrofuryl. Both drugs have been shown to have vasoactive properties evaluated through walking capacity and time of hyperemia. According to our results, buflomedil is more effective and safe than naftidrofuryl in the treatment of patients with intermittent claudication.
