| Abstrakt: | The effect of rubomycin incorporated into liposomes on the immune response of mice to sheep red blood cells was studied. It was found that an increase in the immuno depressant activity of the liposomal rubomycin was most pronounced, when the antibiotic was incorporated into large liposomes. The level of the immune response suppression by rubomycin incorporated into liposomes depended to a definite extent on the function of the macrophagal system. |
