Abstrakt: The method of canonic correlation revealed three predictors of the efficacy of treatment in acute clinical pharmacological tests for preparations of anaprilin, hemiton and dopegit according o the values of systolic and diastolic arterial pressure, rate of cardiac contractions during the primary clinical examination and the gain in the patient's weight. Appraisal of the relative role of genetic and environmental factors in prognosing the efficacy of a drug showed that the genetic factors have the highest effect in prognosing the efficacy of dopegit and the least effect in predicting the efficacy of anaprilin.
