[Separation and determination of protein in cow's milk. 2. Electrophoretic determination].

Abstrakt: We examined the factors, which have an influence on the quality of separation and the quantitative estimation of milk proteins by means of polyacrylamide-electrophoresis. We have tested 4 different gelsystems. The quality of different colouring methods we have estimated with standard milk samples. The results of examinations show, that the polyacrylamide-electrophoresis is very suitable for separation and semiquantitative estimation of proteins of cow's milk.
