| Abstrakt: | 4-Hydroxyanisole (p-methoxyphenol) has been used in the treatment of malignant melanomas. A simple, sensitive, and specific, method for its determination by liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection (LCEC) is described. Vanillin (4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde) was used as an internal standard. |
