Abstrakt:	The work deals with the parametric analysis of the irradiated animal survival data. Several forms of radiation death are considered. The life-span distribution has been derived using a special type Markovian model. Conditions for identifiability of the distribution and properties of maximum likelihood estimates of unknown parameters are discussed.
