Abstrakt: It has been demonstrated that already to the end of embryonic period, foetal rats have rather developed kidney system which is sensitive to one of the most effective diuretics--furosemide (lasix), an inhibitor of chloride channels. Investigation of the activity of transport ATPases revealed the developed system of sodium transport in the kidney of foetal rats.
