| Abstrakt: | With its multiple administration acetylcysteine is shown to display a marked curative effect in acute poisoning of animals (rats, mice, rabbits) with ethylene dichloride. It increases the survival of animals and largely prevents disorders in hemopoiesis and in the blood coagulation system, minimizing toxic lesions of the liver and kidneys. |
