Abstrakt: This report describes two cases of primary chondrosarcoma arising in the lung. In both cases, the treatment was palliative due to unresectable primary tumours. One patient's tumour appears to have originated in a persistent hamartoma; the other, from lung parenchyma. Primary chondrosarcoma of the lung tends to remain localized. Wide local excision is the treatment of choice when possible. Palliation can be accomplished with radiation and/or systemic chemotherapy.
