The contents of cAMP and cGMP, adrenaline, noradrenaline and serotonin in the blood were studied in 96 patients with surgical pathology of lungs. Anesthesia and intraoperative factors were shown to result in a gradual increase of the cAMP concentration followed by the histamine release from the pulmonary tissue. It is associated with an increased pulmonary-arterial and pulmonary-capillary pressure when getting out of narcosis and in the restoration of spontaneous respiration. |
