Abstrakt: Although percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) appears to be a relative safe and effective procedure, reported complications include coronary occlusion and dissection with or without acute myocardial infarction. Herein, a hitherto unreported complication of PTCA is described.
