| Abstrakt: | A case report is presented of an 18-year-old girl of normal intellect with tuberose sclerosis and multiple bilateral renal carcinomas. These tumours were successfully treated surgically by right nephrectomy and left partial nephrectomy. The usual renal lesion in these patients is the angiomyolipoma, which is a hamartoma. Renal carcinoma associated with tuberose sclerosis is extremely rare, and the mode of behaviour of these tumours may be unusual. |
