| Abstrakt: | When performing the Kidner procedure, the tibialis posterior tendon is advanced and reattached to the navicular. The authors present a new technique utilizing a cancellous screw and polyacetal resin washer to attach the tendon to the navicular. A case presentation and discussion of the procedure is presented. |
