Based on the data obtained in acute clinico-pharmacological tests with 0.075 mg hemiton, 250 mg dopegyt and 40 mg anaprilin in patients with stage II essential hypertension a system of predicting the efficacy of hypotensive therapy has been designed. It has been established that the hypotensive effects of the indicated drugs can be predicted with the aid of the system not only under the conditions of acute clinico-pharmacological tests but also during treatment given in courses. |
