Abstrakt: | Background: H Methods and Results: By analyzing the conserved domains of the grape genome, three H3K27 methyltransferases were identified and named as VvH3K27-1, VvH3K27-2 and VvH3K27-3, respectively. Further analysis included their conserved domains, gene structure, phylogenetic relationship, protein physicochemical properties, chromosome localization, subcellular localization, and cis-acting elements in the promoter region. It is worth noting that all H3K27 methyltransferase genes have a highly conserved SET domain. VvH3K27-2 was localized in the nucleus and H Conclusion: Three H3K27 methyltransferase genes were identified in grape, which are down-regulated during berry development, and their expression is inhibited by H Competing Interests: Declarations.
