Abstrakt: Here, we report the high-quality draft genome of Bacillus thuringiensis serovar. toumanoffi NRRL B-4059, with a complete circular chromosome and nine circular plasmids. The assembly is 7,031,170 bp and encodes 6,974 protein-coding genes, 42 rRNA genes, 107 tRNA genes, and has 34.7% GC content. Nine genes encoding Cry proteins were identified, including one previously unidentified Cry protein candidate.
