| Abstrakt: | An elderly man presented with right ventricular outflow obstruction due to severe pulmonary stenosis. Rheumatic changes were noted in mitral, aortic, and pulmonary valves. However, pulmonary valve was the predominantly affected valve. This is the first case report of rheumatic heart disease presenting predominantly with severe pulmonary stenosis in the elderly.
