Abstrakt: The endothelium forms a monolayer, which functions to ensure tissue homeostasis. Barrier hyperpermeability has been associated with lung, brain and eye disease. An emerging body of evidence reports the involvement of Never-in-Mitosis A - Related Kinases in vascular responses, suggesting their value as potential therapeutic targets in endothelial-dependent disorders.
