Abstrakt: We present the case of a 72-year-old male who was admitted to the Digestive Unit due to an increase in the number of stools (>40 per day) and a change in stool characteristics. Initially a neoplastic lesion of the colon was suspected, and finally the diagnosis was colonic infiltration due to chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
