Abstrakt: Yizhi weishu (the frequency of needling depending on the therapeutic effect) is one of the core items in the jingjin theory (muscle regions of meridians), but its relevant basic research is limited. On the basis of the preliminary research on jingjin theory and receptors, the article analyzes the association of thermoreceptor with "tendon spasm by cold and tendon flaccidity by heat, nociceptor with "patient's attention drawn by pain" and mechanoceptor with "spinal curvature, spastic or flaccid muscles and tendons, failure to erect". It is proposed that the dose-effect mechanism of jingjin therapy should be specially explored, aiming to provide the new approach to the modern research of yizhi weishu and support the development of the diagnosis and treatment system of TCM in jingjin diseases.
