Abstrakt: | Competing Interests: The BMJ has judged that there are no disqualifying financial ties to commercial companies. The authors declare the following other interests: BF is a co-founder and managing partner for Frist Cressey Ventures. KH serves on UBS’ global sustainability forum and Netflix’s sustainability advisory board, and is the sole proprietor of ATMOS Research, a non-publicly traded entity. She formerly served on the scientific advisory board of Engie.
