Abstrakt: Leiomyosarcoma is an aggressive soft tissue cancer frequently seen in the female gastrointestinal and genital tracts due to the preponderance of smooth muscle. We report the case of a patient with leiomyosarcoma next to the iliac crest, discussing this rare location with data from the literature.
